Great response, Ivonne! Setting up a template to keep the look and feel of a consistent brand is a great way to improve any presentation! Vickie Sokol Evans has some great PowerPoint tips and she's definitely on YouTube. Be sure to check out some of her clips. Anonymous on 1/27/2015 1:27:14 PM
Create a generic/standard PPT presentation which includes company logo, mission statement, contact information, mission statement, website URL, company facts and statistics. Having a similar look and feel for all PPTs reinforces the corporate brand and looks more professional. The direct reports would be able to delete any pages they do not want to include in their particular presentation and add pages specific to their presentation -- but the look would remain the same. Also include a "how to" page on delivering effective presentations and include links to websites that provide such information (YouTube has some great links). Hope this help!
