Has anyone figured out how to print an Outlook 07 calendar without the "notes" in the body of the meeting printing? I am new to Outlook 07 - and when I print my executive's calendar I just want the meeting start/end times, subject, and location to show.
thanks

While in Calendar - Go to View, Current View, and uncheck "Day/Week/Month View with AutoPreview. You can opt to choose instead "Day/Week/Month."

I am not sure how you are printing, but go the the calendar day that you are interested in printing and the choose file on the tool bar. Then press print. On the print screen there is a box on the left that gives you the opportunity to choose the "Print Style". If you choose daily or monthly you will probably get what you are looking for. In the daily view you see exactly what you have on your calendar screen on your computer. Hope this helps.

What I think you want is in the page setup, options, tasks, "no tasks", then uncheck both boxes in "include".

Go to print and in the page setup you can check "notes blank" and that should give you what you are looking for.
