Hi all, we are about to begin using the Hospira IV pumps at our children's hospital. Do any of you who work in a hospital have knowledge of the satisfaction level of your staff? We've been trying to get information from a company that is already using this product. Thanks for your help.

I have been in Health Care for over 12 years now. I've been an EA at the hospital I am currently working at for a month. We are in the process of terminating our agreement with Hospira as the company as a whole has incredibly poor customer service, and always has a recall on products. They grossly under-deliver. Good luck with your experience.
