Does anyone have an example of a 360 Degree Assessemtn specifically for administrative professionals or at least recommend one for admins? Thank you in advance for your assistance and responses.

Also, it really doesn't matter where you are located because they can do the 360 degree via e-mail and if you or others in your company are interested in the personal profile, they can send you that material by e-mail as well. After you do the profile, they will have a phone conference with you to go over all of the aspects. It's very interesting and helpful.

I'm not sure where you are located, but Bartell & Bartell in State College, Pennsylvania offer the 360 Degree Assessments to all types of professionals. They also offer personal profiles. Our company also uses them to run profiles of anyone they are considering for a management position.
We also use Bartell & Bartell for management training.
