Go online and look for Plantroncis. It's an earphone that is attached to your phone, and you'll have an earpiece also. We are unsure of the model number, but there is a few numbers that might be helpful...they are: CS50 (Cat Sam 5 Zero) and BS643297 . Hope this helps.
