Hi Everyone. Anyone who could tell me how to show where one owner paid for parts and supplies and another made off with the sales receipts and those parts? This owner refuses to use wants the entries in Excel not Quickbooks because he doesn't understand it.

If I understand that correctly... You would have to link a lot of pages together. You might want to have your boss take an actual look back at Quickbooks. It's MUCH easier than trying to create it in Excel (this is also coming from a Hugh Excel lover). Quickbooks has an easy step by step that he could follow..... Sorry I couldn't be more help.
