I am currently the Executive Assistant to the President of a Hospital and we are looking to restructure our Admin support group (i.e. Receptionist, Secretary, Board Secretary). I am in the very fortunate position of having the best boss in the world and he is allowing me to work part-time as the Board of Directors Secretary after I have my baby. So, I will have to replace my position as Executive Assistant as well as modify the job description to take out the Board repsonsibilities. What I was wondering is if anyone has a job description that is specific to Board of Directors Secretarial duties they could share. It doesn't have to be specific to healthcare. Also, I'm looking for a job description on Receptionist duties and general administrative assistants. I actually do it all right now and we've realized that we need more resources and people to split these duties out.

Yes, it always takes more to replace one of us when we leave. Good luck
with your little one!
