I have been tasked with developing a quarterly employee personal development program. This is different from professional development, in that the topics and offerings in the program will be designed as take-aways that we can use in any aspect of our life-personal or professional. The idea behind the quarterly development program is to have bite-sized, "lunch and learn" style education sessions that allows us to discuss a topic broadly and receive more information/tools that we can employ on our time. The offerings will likely be different than what is offered through our health and retirement benefits providers, or may be a subset of an item from those areas. One topic that we will discuss is identity theft/fraud. Does anyone else's employer offer such a program? If so, what are some topics that you cover and what method is used to deliver the information (bring in a speaker/watch a video or webinar/field trip)?
