Does anyone here ever book meetings in Vancouver or is familiar with the hotels there?
I need to book a meeting room for a small seminar/training in September (8 attendees) plus 4 rooms for the presenters. I can reserve the guest rooms but not the meeting room online, so I have to call the hotel directly and I have not been able to reach anyone directly for a quote.
So far I have emailed a request to the Fairmont Waterfront and left messages for the Events/Catering Mangers to call me from several other hotels.
Thanks in advance for any help or insight.
