Posting on Facebook or any social web site should be done with care and concern. Complaints about your work, boss, office, coworkers, etc. can land you in "hot water" with your management.
There are occurrances of people being disciplined to the point of termination based on their "private" postings on social media. Nothing on media is really private. Many companies now have social media policies that prohibit employees from posting uncomplementary or identifiable information, and the courts are upholding these policies in quite a few cases.
Play it smart! Don't post your work issues online.
Guess we can all consider ourselves 'guilty' of this in one way or another -- so I'm taking it as a word of caution for a very good reason - and I thought it would be good to share with all of you.
