Executive Assistant needed

I am currently the Personal Executive Asst to the CEO/President of a growing, thriving company here in Houston, Texas. Today, the Sr. Executive Assistant announced that he has taken a job that is closer to his home, so his last day is May 14th. This means that I am now going to be supporting 3 additional very, very busy Executives with travel, scheduling, calendering, etc. My boss keeps me busy 10-11 hours a day as it is. Our company is experiencing growing pains in a bad economy, but it is due to the type of business that we are in. Anyone in the Houston area who is interested in a position as an Executive Personal Assistant to the Sr. VP of our company, please reply to this post and we can get in touch as soon as possible. I am looking for someone now! Frantically, Cathy

Is this still an open position? If yes, would they consider a virtual assistant? Darnie on 8/24/2010 10:11:52 AM
It turns out that the company is still looking, but using Burnett Personnel Services in Houston. I am no longer with the company as I have decided to retire from the corporate world, so they now have two openings. Catherine Zapalac on 6/25/2010 2:23:11 PM
Did you find someone for this position? Shawn Gordin on 6/23/2010 10:21:23 PM
Cathy, I would contact your local Office Team or other employment agency. They would have someone they could send to you tomorrow. Just request a very seasoned executive assistant with minimum of 5 years experience working for C-level executives. You could do direct hire or temp to hire. Fees are going to be different for each one but you would have someone in the chair tomorrow or by Monday at least. You can also interview them if you like. Good luck! Wow, what a wonderful opportunity for someone in your area. Too be sure with the pool of people out there right now, you were able to find some talent. Elizabeth Erskine on 5/27/2010 11:27:11 AM
